Faith

I have a favor to ask. A lovely woman, named Kelly, is about to have a transplant. She is "climbing" too. Your prayers are both needed and appreciated. If you want to learn more about Kelly click here to read her blog.

Tomorrow, I'll be laying down; sipping on a cocktail. A medical cocktail that is. I have a biopsy. It is for my one year work up. As I think about another biopsy I get butterflies. Getting a biopsy is a very familiar yet scary road. The only biopsies I've had have shown cancerous blasts and fibrosis. But there is a first for everything. This will be my first clean biopsy in two years. Please join me in praying for those exact words to come out of the doctor's mouth.

At first I cringe, thinking this biopsy could contain bad results, but then I realize it will just be more proof of the the miracle God gave me. I will be honest, I am anxious, but not scared. I have more faith in God than I do MDS.

  1. I will be praying!!! I have been constantly thinking about you lately. I am sure everything will be great, more than great, fabulous tomorrow. Just keep thinking those great words coming out of the doctors mouth and it WILL come true. Keep your head held high and faith in your heart. I love you anything is possible :)

  4. Ceci, I heard you are in the hospital with 3 IV antibiotics going and you are getting the med today that really makes you sick......I am soooooooo sorry for you, but I am glad you are in the hospital where they know what to do for you. Just in case, I am asking God to give the doctors and nurses "extra wisdom". I read Kelly's blog--I will be praying for her, too. You are so very loved, Ceci. Keep climbing! Love & Prayers, Kathy & Rexie

  6. Don't know if you're home or still at PCH Hilton, but we are praying for you and hoping that you are comfortable and getting well wherever you are. Tell your mom “hi” for me.

Evan landed in the ER at 3:00 this morning and had to be admitted to the 3rd floor. We’ve never been anywhere but the 2nd floor…kinda different.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
